I was a foodie since the 70's when only chefs and bulimics would obsess about food. Apparently my first documented sentence was in Korean and translated literally was, A tray of dried berries, meadowsweet hard candies, licorice (after all, it’s Sweden), sunflower seed nougat, anise seeds coasted in honey and beeswax (in a separate bowl), smoked toffee, and pine resin shards, which I think you need to be Swedish to appreciate.
